Not recommended for residential buildings.
Like Flatrigma, it has a 1.72° near-flat roof with a parapet. The galvanised frame uses doubled Sigma320 or Sigma450 columns and parallel-chord trusses of C160 and C130.
Walls use Z120 or C120 purlins and rebar wind bracing. The roof is TR106 Steeldeck, fastened with galvanised connectors to the top chord of the trusses.
Uninsulated walls are TR45 sheet; insulated walls are sandwich panels. The roof is insulation and membrane on TR106. Windows, doors, gates, translucent openings and a first floor are possible.
