The 1.72° pitch is a near-flat roof with a parapet around the perimeter. The galvanised frame uses single Sigma320 or Sigma400 columns and beams.
Walls use Z120 or C120 purlins and rebar wind bracing. The roof is carried by TR106 Steeldeck — a 106 mm galvanised deck fixed with galvanised fasteners.
Uninsulated walls are TR45 sheet; insulated walls are sandwich panels. The roof is a PVC membrane on TR106, or sandwich panels. Windows, doors, gates, translucent openings and a first floor are possible.
