Not recommended for residential buildings.
The frame is fully galvanised. Columns and beams are cold-formed C300 sections, single or double depending on the structural design.
Connections are bolted. Z120 or C120 purlins and galvanised rebar wind bracing provide stiffness.
Uninsulated cladding is TR45 sheet; insulated cladding is sandwich panels. Facades can take windows, doors and gates; the roof can take translucent openings.
